Refund policy

Edible items are all final sales. (If you do not pick up your package or write wrong adress or not phone number & email, and post got problem with contacing you, we are not obligated to send you a new one) No refunds/returns. Contact us via mail if you have any questions. info@mrswedishcandy.com

Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization by our company.

Any package that comes back to us will be stored at our place. If you dont pick it up or gave us wrong post info you have to pay if you want us to send it again. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately our items cannot be refunded because its food & eatable. If the candy is broken or something is wrong contact us via mail or tiktok dm.
